Hummingbird Bundt Cake Recipe.

February 27, 2016 by Mom Does It All 8 Comments

If you do not already know, I love Hummingbird Cake and I love to make it so many different ways. I have made a regular Hummingbird Cake, Hummingbird Cupcakes, and now I am sharing this Hummingbird Bundt Cake recipe with you. The outside is firm and just a little crusty. And the inside is super moist and delicious and full of pineapple and banana. Then I drizzle some scrumptious cream cheese drizzle on the top.

HUMMINGBIRD BUNDT CAKE RECIPE

I think this recipe for the Hummingbird Bundt Cake is so delicious and super simple to make. You can top this cake with anything you want. I used a simple Cream Cheese drizzle. But you could use Cool Whip, more fruits, or even ice cream! The fruit in the middle of this cake is so scrumptious and would go with just about anything.

I’ve never had Hummingbird cake but it looks really tasty! The pineapple and banana flavors sound like a great combo. I think I would really enjoy this. :)

Needs more drizzle! In fact, cover the whole thing and then it’ll be perfect!
