I have to admit, I do not lead as healthy of a lifestyle as I should. But I think I have finally found my motivation. . It is a neat little piece of new technology that allows me to monitor my activities and see how many calories I have burned and how well I am sleeping, too.
As you can see, this tracker is wearable as a bracelet. But you can also get it as a necklace or place it anywhere with it’s magnetic clip. It is also available in a sports band or leather band. You can also choose from 4 different colors, jet black, silver, champagne and topaz. Now that you know what it looks like, let me tell you more about what it does.
Obviously, it monitors your activities. But first, you must connect it to a device, like your iPhone. Then you download the Shine app and answer some simple questions, like…
Are you male or female, your age, height weight. Then it will also ask how active your goal is to be.
It will then ask you to sync with your device. You must set the tracker on your phone… like this.
It’s pretty easy to get set up and it tells you what to do as you go along. This Shine tracker will monitor your steps and other activities such as swimming (Yes! it is waterproof!), biking and tennis. It also counts the calories that you eat and monitors how much sleep you get.
I love this device and it really has been motivating me to be more active. I love logging in at the end of a long day to see how many steps I have taken and to see how many calories I have burned. I think this device will really empower people to take the reigns of their own health. And to really start living a healthier lifestyle. I urge you to check the Misfit Shine Wearable Tracker today. You will not be disappointed.
