We usually buy a piece of equipment with best of our intentions, and then it ends up being used as device for drying laundry. Exercise machines come in different forms and prices. Before taking the final call, look for these answers:
*What is your budget?
*What type of exercise you want?

*Explore the market for best buying decision
There are plenty of workout machines available in the market, but the best amongst the rest are these four:
Treadmills b) Elliptical Machines c) Stationary Bikes d) Stair Steppers
Making a choice amongst these is difficult, but you need to figure out what are you exactly expecting out of the piece of expensive equipment you intend to buy. What should an exercise machine do for you? You should choose a device that gives you decent cardio vascular workout. Strength building exercises can also be a factor. Alternatively, are you looking for Weight loss and Weight management? You want to enhance your fitness level or just go in for a daily fitness regime. If weight loss is your purpose, then go for a Treadmill and if you want low impact workout buy an Elliptical.
Let us see what each of these above mentioned machines have in store for you.
Treadmill – Spending time on a treadmill burns the most calories, as compared to a workout on any other machine. The calories burnt her are equivalent to a brisk walk. A treadmill can be used by anyone at any fitness level. The only drawback this machine has it leaves an impact on the joints. People with joint pains would be very uncomfortable on a treadmill. It can be challenging for someone who has been out of exercise for long. There are many brands in the market but the most popular one is Nordic Treadmill.
Elliptical – is the second best option for home gym. It delivers very little impact to the joints. It is very easy to use and does not require any special training. While working on an elliptical machine you can work on the upper and lower body at the same time. You can also do multitasking i.e. watch your favorite show, read a book or even send or receive e-mails on your mobile or tab. Elliptical delivers a full –body workout. There are many manufacturers in the market like Horizon, Sole fitness, Proform but the best one is NordicTrack x9i.
Stationary Bikes – If you are looking for a machine that has very little impact on the joints, even less than an elliptical then this is the best choice. In fact, this offers a no impact exercise.
Stair Stepper – provides a low impact workout. Unlike jogging and running which puts an impact on your legs and back, in a stair stepper there is no such impact. It is easy to use and requires no hard – to – learn technique. Unlike a treadmill, you cannot fall of the stepper, so you are free to focus on your workout and watch your favorite TV program along with your work out.

Many exercise machines are helpful for losing weight and really helpful to meet your lose weight goals IF the person who will do this will also do it with proper diet. My point is…even if you are doing hard exercises and you don’t do it with strict diet then whatever type of exercise wont work. Im not sure if you agree with me but when i was doing crossfit it works because i applied the suggestion of my coach in my training that 70 percent diet and 30 percent exercise is advisable for proven and tested lose weight.
