Spring has finally arrived! The warmer weather, the abundance of fresh fruit and the more sunshine per day has really got me in the mood for some yummy Spring desserts and recipes. When I think of Spring desserts I immediately think of fruit! Strawberries, blueberries, lemons, and kiwi are some of my favorite fruits to use for Spring desserts. This week, I made a super easy Strawberry Cream Pie and everyone in the family just loved it! I hope you will enjoy it, too!
