I am so happy that the holidays are just around the corner. These next couple of months are my favorite time of year. Mostly because the holidays equal family time, to me. During the holidays, I get to spend so much time with all of my family. We spend most of that time in the kitchen. Whether we are eating or cooking, we spend a lot of time in the kitchen creating new recipes, too. I love to experiment in the kitchen and that is exactly what I did last week with International Delights coffee creamer. They have some amazing flavors for the holidays: Sugar Cooker, Pumpkin Pie Spice and Peppermint Mocha. The Pumpkin Pie Spice reminds me of a yummy slice of Pumpkin Pie. The Peppermint Mocha is like a big piece of chocolate infused with peppermint. And the Sugar Cookie is just that, big sugar cookie goodness. I decided to see what I could come up with using these yummy flavors. I came up with a yummy icing for sugar cookies and a Pumpkin Pie Spice Latte. But you can make so many different holiday treats with these yummy coffee creamers.

These recipes that I made are yummy and great for the holidays, but let’s not forget that these coffee creamers are EXCELLENT in your coffee, too! My wife really likes the Sugar Cookie flavor and I am in love with the Pumpkin Pie Spice, it really adds a great flavor to my morning coffee. And you can buy them in the big quart bottles or the singles! I love having both options!

International Delights coffee creamer

Now, let’s talk about this icing that I made. First of all, it is a great icing for sugar cookies. So you need to make some sugar cookies. Or you can buy some. I recommend making your own… because when you make them, you can replace any wet ingredients with the Sugar Cookie coffee creamer for an even better tasting cookie. Then, on to the icing. It is a super simple recipe and so easy to make.

Sugar Cookie Icing

SUGAR COOKIE ICING

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups of powdered sugar

5 TBS of softened butter

2 to 3 tablespoons of International Delights Peppermint Mocha coffee creamer

food coloring of choice (optional) (I used blue gel)

Sugar Cookie Icing

Instructions:

Mix the sugar and butter with a hand mixer until blended. Slowly add the Peppermint Mocha coffee creamer one tablespoon at a time until you get the desired consistency. Add a few drops of food coloring to get desired color. And that is it! All done and you have some super yummy icing for any kind of cookie, cake or cupcakes.

Sugar Cookie Icing

Next, I used the International Delights Pumpkin Pie Spice coffee creamer to make a quick and easy Pumpkin Pie Spice Latte. Here is what you will need and how I made it.

Pumpkin Pie Spice Latte

PUMPKIN PIE SPICE LATTE

Ingredients:

1/4 cup of half & half

1 TBS of sugar

1/2 TSP of pumpkin pie spice

1/2 TSP of vanilla

3/4 cup of brewed espresso

1/4 cup of International Delights Pumpkin Pie Spice coffee creamer

Pumpkin Pie Spice Latte

Instructions:

Whisk all of the ingredients together (except the espresso) in a small saucepan over low heat and simmer for a few minutes.

Add the espresso and whisk until it turns foamy for about 1 minute.

Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with additional Pumpkin Pie Spice and enjoy! Yum!

Pumpkin Pie Spice Latte

All of these amazing coffee creamers can be found at Walmart! That is super great for me because that is where I get all of my ingredients at anyway! The quart sized bottles of the International Delights coffee creamers in these 3 yummy flavors can be found in the refrigerated display bin right beside where you find all of the milk products. And the singles will be close by or in the aisle with the coffee products!

International Delights is also having a fun holiday contest! This Spirit of the Season contest wants you to submit a photo, video or tell a story that shares YOUR holiday spirit! You can win a $5000 holiday brunch catered to you! Simply submit you entry on their website!

I hope you enjoy the 2 recipes that I have made with International Delights coffee creamers. Which of these three flavors would you most like to try?? Share with me in the comments!!!

Food, family, and the holidays always go there. It’s the one season of the year when diet isn’t allowed at home. This is the first time that I’ve heard about International Delights ( don’t think we have it here already ) but when I will certainly check out our SnR shops for the product. The Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer is something that Id love to try.
